Holiday Notice (3/9 — 14/9)

I will be on holiday from Wednesday, 3rd September & return to work on Monday, 15th September.

• I will not be able to receive, or respond to emails while I’m away. If you send me an email, I will attend to it after my return.
• Please do not send texts to my phone while I’m away. I will not be able to respond.
• If you are considering seeing me for therapy, please have a read around the website, but in particular be sure to read the third item under Appointments. 
• At the moment there are no free slots until the first week in October. If you need to see someone urgently, please do not wait for me and find someone who can see you sooner rather than later.
• In my free podcast series, ‘Taking the Mystery Out of Therapy’ I explain how I think about therapy and cover a variety of mental health topics. The podcasts are available on Substack, Spotify & on YouTube. They are free to watch and share.
